Meet the Greenwood Team

Greenwood Airvac is a trading division of Zehnder Group UK Ltd. Being part of a larger organisation allows Greenwood to deliver high-quality products and service to our customers whilst ensuring we do not lose the personal touch associated with a smaller organisation.

To ensure we deliver best in class products and services we have a number of departments responsible for their own areas – here is an insight into the Greenwood team:

Design & Development
As an industry leader Greenwood takes pride in designing and developing new products and solutions for a multitude of applications. This team not only bring new products to the market but also improve current products and solutions in the Greenwood portfolio based upon our employees and customers feedback.

Based in Lenham, Kent our production department are responsible for building our products; conforming to the highest of industry standards. Led by our Operations Manager the team take great pride in producing high quality products to ensure that every customer is satisfied on receipt of their product.

Customer Service
From placing an initial order to asking for product advice and guidance our customer service department are the first point of contact for our customers. Receiving regular product training our experienced team can answer the majority of queries or liaise with our Technical Support Department for the more complex of queries.

Technical Support
Providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support our teams provide a variety of services including project drawings for major house builders and site visits for solution planning with our clients to pre-sales and post-sales support on the more technical areas which our Customer Service department may not be able to answer.

Sales & Business Development
Greenwood have a number of regionally based sales and business development representatives who are on hand to discuss projects in further details with clients and their end-users. Providing a personal advisory service this team make even the most complex of projects simple by working closely with our customers to understand each of every one of their requirements.

Our dedicated logistics team work closely with all departments within our business including sales, technical support and customer service along with our carefully selected transport partners to ensure our products are shipped safely, securely and on-time to our customers.

Greenwood and the Zehnder Group rely on a number of I.T systems to deliver our best in class products to our customers; as a result our I.T department are responsible for maintaining the crucial backbones of our business. The team also work on a number of projects to introduce new I.T systems and solutions which will make our business more effective and efficient allowing us to provide even more service to our customers.

Responsible for everything financial, this team consists of many areas including purchasing, credit control and financial analysts. Keeping a close eye on both our income and expenditure our finance team are always looking for ways to pass on any extra value to our customers.

As the voice of Greenwood the marketing department are responsible for communicating the features and benefits of the latest Greenwood products and solutions whilst working closely with a number of industry bodies to ensure Greenwood are not only industry leaders when it comes to our products and solutions but also as thought leaders in the heating, cooling and ventilation industry.
